Business Continuity Plan

As a client of Spectrum Capital, Inc., it is our utmost priority to make certain your account and access to your account remain intact at all times. For your protection, it is important that you know what measures we have taken to insure the integrity and accessibility of your account in the event of a Significant Business Disruption (SBD).

There are many factors that could create a SBD such as a flood, tornado, terrorist attack, power failure, locally or in another region of the country or even an internal system failure specific to our Firm.

As part of our business, Spectrum Capital has developed a Business Continuity Plan that covers every possible scenario that could possibly disrupt our ability to execute a transaction, communicate with our customers or allow you access to your account. Our plan includes strategies that cover the most isolated event such as a local power outage to a much broader national or international event such as a terrorist attack.

Essentially, in the event there is a SBD, we will communicate with our customers via their registered representatives, or if that is not possible, our home office will be prepared to communicate directly with our clients, as needed. Furthermore, all systems have been designed to provide redundancy and back-ups at every juncture including duplicate records in various locations of client account information.

Spectrum Capital will constantly monitor and update these systems and our Business Continuity Plan as circumstances dictate. Also, Spectrum Capital would have no ability to override such events as market and/or exchange closures so a service disruption of this nature would certainly be beyond the scope of our Business Continuity Plan.

The goal of this summary is to provide you, our customer, with the peace of mind in knowing that plans are in place to protect your account under a scenario that could include a significant event that might otherwise prevent you from transacting business.
