Robert C. Grow
President, Spectrum Capital, Inc.

Bob started his career in the brokerage industry in Lincoln, NE obtaining the Series 7 license in 1984. In 1986, he joined a large Iowa based bank holding company operation where he worked for 6 years as the investment officer of a subsidiary bank in retail investment production. In 1992, Bob joined Spectrum. Bob holds numerous FINRA licenses, including a Series 7 (General Securities Representative), a Series 24 (General Securities Principal) and a Series 65 (Registered Investment Advisor). Bob received his B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

Tami Mendell
Executive Vice President

Prior to joining Spectrum in 1993, Tami worked in the retail operations of a major Iowa based bank. Tami holds a FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative) license and a Series 24 (General Securities Principal) license. Tami received her B.A. degree (cum laude) from Fort Hayes State University, Hays, Kansas.

Kathy Kresin
Assistant Manager of Operations

Prior to joining Spectrum, Kathy had almost ten years of experience in the fields of marketing and management. Most recently, she served as the General Manager of a privately owned dining club in downtown Omaha. Kathy graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Kathy also holds the Series 7, Series 63 and the Series 24, General Securities Principal.

Dee Hatfield
Operations Administrator & Rep Support

Dee joined Spectrum Capital in March of 2000. Prior to joining Spectrum, she spent ten years at a private dining club in downtown Omaha as an events coordinator. Her background has been in management, general accounting and customer service. Dee holds her Series 7, Series 24 and her insurance licenses. She is a member of the Operations Department specializing in the Pershing systems, the Winops system and commissions.

Marilyn Meyer
Operations Administrator

Marilyn joined Spectrum in September of 2006. Marilyn has 27 years of experience in the brokerage industry from small, Midwestern firms to large international firms. Her background has been in representative and customers support and also in compliance. She holds the Series 7, Series 8, Series 63 and 65. Marilyn is a member of the Operations Department, processing account paperwork and transactions.
